Welcome to the New England Country Music Organization website!

Our Mission

The New England Country Music Organization is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all volunteer public charity that was established in 2006 for the purpose of educating, promoting, and preserving the enjoyment and continuing advancement of gospel, bluegrass, and country music and dance while continuing to nurture the development of talent. By following this grass root philosophy, individuals and groups can unleash their potential as artists in their respective field of entertainment. Integrity and fairness is the foundation by which the New England Country Music Organization was founded and will continue throughout its entire existence.

NECMO SHINDIGS: Singing * Dancing * Live Band * Come on down and have some fun! 7:00PM to Midnight - K of C Hall, 19 Jersey St, Pepperell, MA. Next Shindig to be announced!

♫♫♫ NECMO ENCORE ♫♫ September 12. Open to members who have won a NECMO trophy or a most promising NECMO award between 2006 and 2010. The winner will receive $500! No entry fee required by eligible competitors who have won in 2010. Entry fee for eligible competitors from previous years will be $30. To enter, please send email to necmo@charter.net with NECMO ENCORE on the subject line. Deadline for entries is September 3. Details will be sent to the email address you provide.

NORTHEAST INVITATIONAL COUNTRY SHOWDOWN: October 9 & 10. Winners from Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island will compete for NICS titles. Please click here for rules, entry form, flyer, directions.
